She was a founding member of the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion, is a vice chair of the Partnership for New York City, and previously served as a member of the Business Roundtable, where she sat on the Education & Workforce and Immigration committees. She is currently a member of the board of McDonald’s Corporation and was named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women for four consecutive years.
